We are waiting for version 17 of phped since last year. There are no any news about. Version 16 does not support PHP7. We refused to use PHPEd for our new projects.

Now that you mentioned it, I went to ask Nusphere what happened because they also sponsor the PHP Innovation Award.

They told me that the version 17 with PHP 7 support has been under better testing and is expected to be released in a few weeks. So if you have been using PHPEd the version with PHP 7 is near.

I guess it would be nice for them to mail current users about the upcoming version.
